Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy: We understand that plans can change! To accommodate all our guests and ensure everyone has a great experience, we have the following policies: Rescheduling: You can reschedule your booking up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time. Simply contact us, and we'll help you find a new time that works. Cancellation: Cancellations may be accepted up to 72 hours prior to the start of your booking. Refunds or credits will be provided according to our policy if canceled within this timeframe via email. Note: Cancellations or rescheduling requests made after the stated times may incur a fee or be non-refundable, depending on availability.
