Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy:
We understand that plans can change! To accommodate all our guests and ensure everyone has a great experience, we have the following policies:
Rescheduling: You can reschedule your booking up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time. Simply contact us/Use Re Schedule function, and we'll help you find a new time that works.
Cancellation: Cancellations may be accepted up to 72 hours prior to the start of your booking. Refunds or credits will be provided according to our policy and booking type if canceled within this timeframe via email at Info@vrpunks.com.
Note: Cancellations or rescheduling requests made after the stated times may incur a fee or be non-refundable, depending on availability.

We offer convenient parking options close to our location. Accessible parking spaces are available for those who need them. Our facility is easily accessible, with clear signage to guide you from the parking area to our entrance.
