Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy:

We understand that plans can change! To accommodate all our guests and ensure everyone has a great experience, we have the following policies:

Rescheduling: You can reschedule your booking up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time. Simply contact us/Use Re Schedule function, and we'll help you find a new time that works.

Cancellation: Cancellations may be accepted up to 72 hours prior to the start of your booking. Refunds or credits will be provided according to our policy and booking type if canceled within this timeframe via email at Info@vrpunks.com.

Note: Cancellations or rescheduling requests made after the stated times may incur a fee or be non-refundable, depending on availability.

What types of games do you offer?

Our game library has something for everyone: competitive and collaborative multiplayer games, immersive escape rooms, full-motion racing simulators, and flight experiences. Most sessions last around 30 minutes. Whether you prefer solo or group play (up to 4 players), we have you covered!

Are the games suitable for all ages?

Absolutely! Our games are designed for players of all ages. Whether you're a teen or an adult, you'll find exciting experiences to suit your interests. As long as everyone is taller than 4ft 7in, anyone can have a blast!

Do children need supervision?

Yes, we have games suitable for all ages . However, children under 16 must be accompanied by at least one parent or guardian at all times. All our staff are enhanced DBS checked and certified.

Large/Group Bookings?

Are there any food and beverage services provided?

Currently, we don’t offer main meals or full food services. However, we do have light snacks and drinks available on-site for your convenience.

Clothing and Footwear?

Please wear comfortable, movable clothing and a good pair of SOCKS!. We require all players to remove shoes for use on the treadmill VRs, as this will stop any damage to the equiptment but also significantly enhance your experience.

What if I get motion sickness?

Accepted Answer

Good news! Our full-motion VR gear significantly reduces motion sickness for most users. The highest likelihood of experiencing motion sickness is on the racing or drifting simulators. We recommend new VR users start with our treadmill VR experiences before trying the motion simulators.

Parking and Access

We offer convenient parking options close to our location. Accessible parking spaces are available for those who need them. Our facility is easily accessible, with clear signage to guide you from the parking area to our entrance. If you have any specific needs or require additional assistance or advice, please let us know in advance!

Glasses?

"Wey Eye!" You can comfortably wear glasses while using our VR headsets.
